How long has Hope Designs been in business?
We’ve been in business since 2007.
What type of services do you provide?
At Hope Designs, we provide home staging, interior decorating and design, and project management services. If you’re selling your home, we’ll deck it out to make sure it’s fabulous and will draw in more buyers to help you sell faster and for more money.
If you’re a homeowner who’s looking to improve your interior, we can work with you to transform your home into something truly spectacular that you’ll love. We will also be there for the entire project and manage/oversee the job to ensure that everything goes without a hitch. What do you do during the home staging process?
We study and get to know the exact buyers who are looking in your area. That way, we can help showcase your home in the precise way in which buyers want it, which will help attract them to your home and more easily develop an emotional attachment to it.
We will take a look around your home and make notes of what can stay as is and what may need to change. We’ll then come up with a plan that will involve rearranging furniture that is already there and will bring in other pieces to create a space that buyers will love.
You will be asked to clean, declutter, and depersonalize the space before we work our magic. You may even be asked to paint your home in a neutral tone if necessary. It’s important to keep in mind that the changes made may not necessarily reflect your tastes, but are intended to capture the attention of buyers.
What’s involved in an interior design consultation?
A consultation is a crucial part of the process as it allows us to determine what needs to be done and find out exactly what you’re looking for. We will visit your home and spend some time scoping it out and making notes of recommendations.
We’ll explain all components of the contract and will give you an idea of how long the project will take to complete. This process can take at least a couple of hours because we want to be sure that we’re covering all our grounds and gathering/delivering all the necessary information required so everyone is on board and clear with the project at hand.
