This property proved to be a huge challenge for the Hope Designs Team. It was purchased by the customer as a rental property. He rented it to what he thought was an average everyday couple, little did he know that over the next 7 years they transformed the space into a spiritual retreat complete with meditation rooms and classrooms.

The windows and doors had been blacked out completely and all of the overhead light fixtures had been removed. During the consultation, I encouraged the homeowner to paint all the walls and ceilings in a very neutral colour, have the carpets and windows professionally cleaned. I assured the property owner that we would do our best and work as a team to bring this house back to its original state. As well as working tirelessly on the inside he also spent many hours on gardens in the front and back of the property and maintaining the grass. I was thrilled with the outcome as was he.
