About Hope Designs

Lori Howard, CSP, ISRP is the Owner and Principal Designer of Hope Designs.

Lori has a notable background in design, graduating from design school in the early 80’s.

In conjunction with decorating homes, Lori pursued a career in Social Services. Lori worked extensively counselling families who have Children with Special Needs.

Throughout the 80’s and 90’s Lori continued to express her love of design in her home and gardens. Lori's home was featured in a house tour supporting Hospice Caledon (where Lori continues to volunteer her time).

Many local artists have showcased Lori's historic home and beautiful “English Country Gardens” in greeting cards and calendars. Lori's home has also been featured in community newspapers and lifestyle magazines.

Lori obtained her Certification in Home Staging through the Canadian Staging Professionals (CSP). She also has her Accreditation in Home Staging and Interior Redesign as an International Staging and Redesign Professional (ISRP).

Lori is a proud Mentor for the Canadian Staging Professionals Mentor Program. Lori is dedicated to ensuring the success of future Canadian Staging Professionals. Lori is 1 of 17 Mentors worldwide and to date has trained dozens of new and upcoming staging professionals.

Lori's warm smile, infectious laugh and sense of humour instantly puts clients at ease. Lori is able to draw homeowners who are often guarded and apprehensive into a comfortable frame of mind so that a working partnership and collaboration can be formed.
